Thomas Andre is one of the most powerful characters introduced in the Solo Leveling anime, specifically appearing starting around Episode 21 (in Season 2 coverage). He is an S-Rank Hunter from the United States, serving as the Guild Master of the Scavenger Guild (America's top guild), and is recognized as one of the five National Level Hunters—often regarded as the world's strongest hunter (or at least ranked #1 globally at that point), with power comparable to an entire nation's military might.

In terms of appearance in the anime adaptation, he's depicted as an extremely large, towering, and heavily muscular man with long blond hair, red eyes, a toothy grin, an overgrown blonde goatee, and black tattoos covering his body. He typically sports a very casual, laid-back style: a Hawaiian shirt, sunglasses, beach shorts, and sandals—giving him a relaxed, almost vacation-like vibe that contrasts with his intimidating presence.

Personality-wise, Thomas comes across as proud, aggressive, confident, and arrogant about his status as the top hunter. He has a strong sense of camaraderie (especially toward his guild members) and doesn't tolerate disrespect or insubordination.
