Minerva

Minerva is the Witch of Wrath in Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World. She is one of the seven Witches of Sin from 400 years ago.

She possesses an overwhelming desire to heal anyone who is injured or suffering in front of her. Using her Authority of Wrath, she can instantly heal wounds and injuries with a punch or touch. However, this healing comes with a major drawback: it transfers the damage elsewhere in the world, often causing natural disasters, large-scale destruction, or calamities to balance things out.

Despite her kind-hearted intention to stop suffering, her actions frequently lead to massive collateral damage, which she tends to dismiss or accept as unavoidable. This ironic twist ties into her "wrath" aspect — her frustration with a world full of pain and conflict drives her compulsive healing, even when it creates more harm overall.

She appears mainly in Arc 4 (in the anime's Season 2), during Subaru's encounters with the witches' souls in the Sanctuary.
