Wulfric

Wulfric is the Ice-type Gym Leader of Snowbelle City in the Kalos region, appearing in Pokémon the Series: XY and XYZ.

In the anime, he's portrayed as a tall, muscular, fair-skinned man with light blue/gray eyes, neatly combed whitish-blue hair, a beard and mustache, and typically wears an open blue winter jacket with red edges, a white tank top underneath, black pants, boots, and a spiky black furry ruff around his neck.

He's a determined and strong battler who can come across as slightly impatient during intense matches. He specializes in Ice-type Pokémon (notably Abomasnow — which he Mega Evolves in one battle — Avalugg, and Bergmite), and he also cares for wild Pokémon in the nearby Pokémon Village and Winding Woods.

Ash challenges him for the Iceberg Badge twice: first losing (which leads to some character growth for Ash), then winning in a rematch with a full 6-vs-3 battle that serves as Ash's final Kalos Gym challenge before the League. Wulfric respects strong determination in trainers and encourages Ash after their battles.
