Trick Master

The Trick Master (also called the King of Tricks in the English dub) is a minor, one-time character in the Pokémon anime, appearing in the Hoenn region episode "A Poké-BLOCK Party!" (from Pokémon: Advanced / Advanced Generation series).

He's an extremely eccentric, quirky individual who runs the Trick House (located near Mauville City). He hosts an annual contest/challenge there, where participants must navigate through his elaborate mazes, puzzles, and tricks to reach the end and win a prize—in this case, a year's supply of Pokéblocks.

His personality stands out as highly theatrical and over-the-top: he speaks in rhymes, laughs maniacally, makes odd dramatic gestures, and maintains a constant cheerful (if bizarre) demeanor while setting up his deceptive challenges. Despite his weird antics, he gives fair chances to competitors and enjoys watching them tackle his creations.

He's essentially a fun, puzzle-obsessed showman inspired by the games' Trick Master, but he only physically appears in that single episode in the anime.
