Scott is a supporting character in the Pokémon anime, specifically appearing during the Pokémon: Battle Frontier arc (part of Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire / Advanced Generation).

He is the owner of the Battle Frontier—a collection of advanced battle facilities in the Kanto region designed to challenge top Trainers and expand the art of Pokémon battling.
