Plumeria

Plumeria is a key member of Team Skull in the Pokémon anime, specifically appearing in Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon. She serves as an admin (executive) of the group and is commonly referred to as "Big Sis" by the Team Skull Grunts, whom she treats with a mix of strict discipline and underlying care—like an older sister keeping her chaotic, troublemaking "siblings" in line.

She has a tough, no-nonsense personality: sharp-tongued, somewhat sarcastic, and willing to scold or punish the grunts when they mess up or disobey orders, but she also looks out for them and shows occasional softer moments. Plumeria is more competent and intimidating than the average grunt, often involved in Team Skull's schemes, and she frequently interacts with (and sometimes clashes against) Ash and his friends during the Alola arc.

Her signature Pokémon in the anime includes Salazzle (a Poison/Fire-type that fits her Poison-specializing vibe from the games), along with others like Gengar and Absol in some appearances. Overall, she's portrayed as a cool, rebellious antagonist figure with more depth than the typical villainous underling.
