Bianca (Japanese name: Bel) is a recurring character in the Pokémon anime, specifically appearing in Pokémon the Series: Black & White (also known as Best Wishes) as one of Ash Ketchum's main rivals in the Unova region.

She is a cheerful, energetic, and hyperactive Pokémon Trainer from Nuvema Town who starts her journey around the same time as Ash. Bianca is kind-hearted but famously clumsy and scatterbrained—she often runs into situations (sometimes literally), accidentally knocking people over or causing minor chaos, like pushing Ash into water.
