Lusamine

In the Pokémon anime (specifically Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon), Lusamine is the president of the Aether Foundation, an organization dedicated to protecting and caring for Pokémon in the Alola region.

She is the mother of Lillie and Gladion. Unlike her more antagonistic and obsessive portrayal in the games, the anime version is a genuinely kind-hearted and dedicated Pokémon preservationist. She's portrayed as a loving (though sometimes overly affectionate and embarrassing) mother who dotes on her children—often treating Lillie in a very babying, huggy way that embarrasses her daughter.

Lusamine has a cheerful, playful, and somewhat childish personality at times, with a strong fascination with Ultra Beasts stemming from childhood stories. She's elegant and beautiful in appearance, featuring long blonde hair with silver streaks that reaches well past her knees, and green eyes.
