Guzma

Guzma is the leader of Team Skull in the Pokémon anime, specifically appearing in Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon.

He is portrayed as a violent, highly arrogant, and aggressive individual who loudly proclaims himself the strongest Trainer in Alola. He has a confrontational personality, often displaying brute force and disdain for things like the island challenge or the newly established Alola Pokémon League (which he aims to disrupt or destroy to prove his dominance). Unlike some earlier Team leaders in the anime, he comes across as more serious and intimidating in his villainy, with a calculating side in battles—he observes opponents carefully, adapts strategies, exploits weaknesses, and fights without holding back.

In terms of appearance (based on consistent descriptions), he's a young man with distinctive white hair on top (shaved or black on the lower sides), dark/gray eyes, and a black outfit featuring a zigzag pattern and the Team Skull logo, giving him a punk/gang-leader vibe somewhat reminiscent of an Ultra Beast like Xurkitree.

He debuts relatively late in the Sun & Moon series (around episode SM115), interacts notably with characters like Professor Kukui (with hints of a past rivalry or connection), and serves as a major antagonist during the Alola League arc, where he competes as a powerful battler with his signature Pokémon like Golisopod.
