Candice

Candice is the Gym Leader of Snowpoint City in the Sinnoh region, specializing in Ice-type Pokémon (she awards the Icicle Badge upon defeat). In the anime (Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl), she appears as a cheerful, energetic, and warmhearted young woman who breaks the typical "cold" stereotype associated with Ice-type specialists.

She has black hair styled in pigtails (tied with blue scrunchies and accented with blue pins) and amber eyes. Her outfit includes a long-sleeved white blouse, a short brown skirt, a blue cardigan (often tied around her waist), knee-length white-and-blue striped socks, and brown shoes—clothing that stands out in the snowy environment and highlights her love for the cold.

Personality-wise, she's very sociable, happy-go-lucky, and enthusiastic, with a habit of exclaiming "Kiai!" (a spirited shout) to punctuate her sentences.
