Tomura Shigaraki

Tomura Shigaraki (real name Tenko Shimura) is one of the main antagonists in My Hero Academia.

He is the leader of the League of Villains (later becoming the figurehead of the Paranormal Liberation Front) and serves as the primary disciple and successor of All For One.

Key characteristics:

• Quirk: Decay — anything he touches with all five fingers disintegrates and crumbles away (extremely destructive power)
• Appearance: pale skin, messy light blue-gray hair, red eyes, cracked dry lips, and the iconic hand-shaped accessories he wears on his body and face (including the hand covering his face called "Father")
• Personality: initially childish, petulant, and unstable; deeply hates heroes and society, especially All Might; psychologically scarred from childhood trauma
• Development: over the course of the series he grows significantly more dangerous, strategic, and powerful, eventually becoming one of the most threatening villains in the entire story

He's widely considered the dark counterpart / foil to the protagonist Izuku Midoriya.
