Lilu Finnian

Lilu Finnian (also spelled Lilou or Riru Finian in some sources, Japanese: リール・フィニアン) is one of the identical twin sisters from the Venus mercenary unit in the Maken-ki! anime.

She appears as a childlike girl with black hair (shoulder-length), green eyes, and a cute, doll-like appearance that makes the Tenbi Academy students call her and her sister "dolls." Lilu has a very synchronized personality with her twin Aililu (the blonde-haired one with blue eyes)—they often speak and act in perfect unison, giving them an eerie, coordinated vibe.

As special investigators for Venus, both twins are extremely powerful SS-rank ability users. They specialize in support roles rather than direct combat, using their combined ability (called "Time/Space Keep" or similar space-time barriers) to create advanced barriers that can isolate fights, trap opponents, prevent interference, or even suspend time/space effects within the area. These barriers restore everything to normal (including healing damage) once dispelled.

In the anime (particularly during the Venus arc), they come across as adorable yet formidable antagonists-turned-neutral figures, with their childlike cuteness contrasting their high-level powers. They are voiced by Rina Hidaka in Japanese (and Michelle Hong/Lee in English dubs).
