Figaro

Figaro is a supporting character in the anime Infinite Dendrogram, known as the undefeated champion of the Kingdom of Altar's duel rankings and holder of the nickname "Endless Chain."

He's a highly skilled Master and one of the kingdom's Superiors (players with max-evolved Embryos). In the story, protagonist Ray Starling and his Embryo Nemesis first encounter him in the Tomb Labyrinth, where he casually wipes out a group of PKers (player killers) terrorizing newcomers. Figaro is friendly and helpful, advising Ray to visit the duel city of Gideon to get stronger, and he promises to clear the path by dealing with the PK threat.

Later, in Gideon, he participates in a high-stakes tournament match against the powerful Xunyu (Master Jiangshi). Their intense, fast-paced fight showcases his incredible combat prowess: he uses chain weapons, gets stronger the longer the battle lasts and the more damage he takes, and his Superior Embryo (a symbiotic prosthetic heart) allows him to survive lethal blows and turn the tide for a narrow victory.

Figaro is portrayed as a calm, princely, battle-loving fighter with a cheerful personality and a love for fair, thrilling duels. He's voiced by Kenichi Suzumura (Japanese) and Christopher Wehkamp (English).
