Nemesis

Nemesis is the Embryo (a unique, evolving AI companion) of the protagonist Ray Starling in the Infinite Dendrogram anime.

She appears as a short-statured girl in a gothic-style outfit, often described with a cute, elegant look (complete with frills and an ahoge/stray hair). She can transform into a sword for Ray to wield in combat, reflecting her Type: Maiden with Arms nature.

Personality-wise, she's kind-hearted and fiercely loyal, always ready to support Ray in his adventures. She's proud of her abilities and won't hesitate to scold or lecture him (especially about things like his gacha obsession), while trying to carry herself like a refined lady. In the anime, she serves as both his combat partner and a lively, expressive sidekick who adds a lot of personality to his journey in the game world.
