Lizard Priest

Lizard Priest is one of the main supporting characters in the Goblin Slayer anime (and light novels). He's a Silver-ranked lizardman adventurer and a key member of Goblin Slayer's party, often teaming up alongside the High Elf Archer, Dwarf Shaman, and Priestess.

He has a large, imposing, reptilian appearance with green skin, horns, tribal-like white markings on his face, and traditional priestly garb. Despite his intimidating, monstrous look (which can unnerve even his allies), he's calm, composed, respectful, and philosophical — with a deep reverence for his ancestors and nature.

As a hybrid priest-fighter, he uses faith-based magic (invoking ancestral spirits and dinosaur bones as catalysts) for things like healing, summoning skeletal Dragontooth Warriors from fangs, or creating weapons. He prefers close-quarters bare-handed combat or melee fighting and serves as a reliable frontline combatant and mediator in the group. His ultimate personal goal is to one day ascend to the form of a naga.
