Apprentice Cleric

Apprentice Cleric (also known as Apprentice Shrine Maiden or Minarai Seijo in Japanese) is a supporting character in the Goblin Slayer anime and light novel series.

She is a young, rookie adventurer and a novice cleric who serves the Supreme God (as opposed to Priestess, who serves the Earth Mother). She often teams up with Rookie Warrior (her close companion and party member), along with others like Scout Boy and Druid Girl in some stories.

She's portrayed as kind-hearted, caring, and optimistic, with a more outgoing and friendly personality compared to some of the more traumatized or cautious new adventurers. She uses holy magic similar to other clerics in the setting, and she has interactions with the main cast, including initially being wary of Goblin Slayer but showing growth and openness over time.

She appears mainly in side stories, later volumes of the light novels, and briefly in the anime (such as in Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown).
