Inspector

Inspector (also referred to as Capital Inspector) is a supporting character in the Goblin Slayer anime and light novel series.

She is a high-ranking staff member of the Adventurer's Guild, specifically working in the capital. She serves as a senior colleague (senpai) and former mentor figure to Guild Girl. Inspector is a capable, professional woman who wears a guild uniform adorned with the symbol of the Supreme God. She has a serious demeanor when it comes to guild duties and evaluations but also shows a playful, teasing side, especially toward Guild Girl (often playfully commenting on her feelings for Goblin Slayer).

In the story (particularly prominent in the Year One prequel side story, adapted in manga form but referenced in the broader series), she travels to the frontier guild to investigate and evaluate Goblin Slayer due to his unusual focus on only goblin-slaying quests and his rapid rank progression. She acts as an inspector/examiner, testing whether he qualifies for promotion beyond just goblin hunting and occasionally clashes with his single-minded approach to adventuring.

She appears in a few episodes of the anime (Season 1), mainly in guild-related scenes.
