Kokoro

Kokoro (codename 556) is one of the main characters in Darling in the FranXX. She is a gentle, kind, and optimistic pistil (female pilot) in Squad 13, initially partnered with Futoshi to pilot the FranXX unit Genista, and later with Mitsuru.

She has a soft-spoken and thoughtful personality, rarely speaking much but always being considerate of others. She's often seen as a "Madonna-like" figure by the boys due to her nice and caring nature. Kokoro has a strong interest in plants and is knowledgeable about the "language of flowers."

Physically, she's depicted as an attractive girl with long, wavy ashen-blonde hair, calm rich blue eyes, and typically wears a lacy blue headband.
