Stella Vermillion

Stella Vermillion is the main female protagonist (and deuteragonist alongside Ikki Kurogane) in Chivalry of a Failed Knight (also known as Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry).

She is the second imperial princess of the Vermillion Kingdom (or Empire in some translations), famously nicknamed the Crimson Princess. As a 15-year-old A-Rank Blazer (a high-ranking magic user/knight), she's regarded as a prodigy who appears only once in a decade, with exceptional talent in swordsmanship and fire-based magic. Her Device is the golden longsword Lævateinn, and her signature Noble Art includes powerful flame techniques like Katharterio Salamandra.

Stella has a striking appearance with long crimson/vermilion hair often tied in twin tails, ruby-red eyes, fair skin, and a curvaceous figure. She starts off as feisty, hot-blooded, prideful, and quick to anger—largely due to her sheltered royal upbringing—but she grows to show a kinder, more honest side, especially in her developing relationship with Ikki (becoming his roommate, close ally, and romantic partner). She values hard work and seeks genuine recognition beyond just being seen as a "genius."
