Ouma Kurogane

Ouma Kurogane is Ikki Kurogane's older brother (and Shizuku's as well) in Chivalry of a Failed Knight (also known as Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry).

He is one of Japan's top student Blazers, holding an A-Rank and the title Sword Emperor of Wind (or Gale Sword Emperor / Kaze no Kentei). He wields a Device called Ryuuzume and specializes in wind-based abilities, including powerful techniques like creating massive storm blades (such as his strongest Noble Art, Kusanagi).

Ouma is a stoic, intimidating, and highly arrogant fighter who has little interest in anything except battling strong opponents to push and test the limits of his own strength. He views his younger brother Ikki with disdain, considering him a "fraud" or weakling reliant on tricks rather than true talent. Ouma is affiliated with the antagonistic group Akatsuki and left his family years ago to seek worthy challenges worldwide.

Overall, he's portrayed as a cold, battle-obsessed prodigy with immense power who prioritizes personal growth through combat above family ties or other concerns.
