Celica Arfonia

Celica Arfonia (also known as the "Witch of Ash" or "Witch of Ashes") is a major character and deuteragonist in Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor (Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records).

She's an immortal mage (actually around 420 years old, but appearing as a young woman in her 20s) and one of the most powerful magicians in the world, formerly a legendary operative (#21 "The World") in the Imperial Court Mage Corps Special Missions Annex. She now works as a professor at the Alzano Imperial Magic Academy.

Celica is the adoptive mother and former mentor of the protagonist Glenn Radars, whom she raised after finding him as an orphaned child—she cares deeply for him, often teasing and embarrassing him playfully while being very supportive.

In terms of personality, she's wise, intelligent, and composed, but also has a playful, teasing side (especially with Glenn). She adapts her behavior to the situation and is fiercely protective of those she loves.

For appearance, she has long blonde hair (often with a braid on the left side and a red rose accessory), orange/reddish eyes, light skin, and a curvaceous figure. She typically wears an elegant long black gown/dress with red accents, black gloves, and heels, giving her a sophisticated and powerful vibe.
