Rumiria Tingel

Rumia Tingel (real name: Ermiana El Kel Alzano) is one of the main female protagonists in Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor (also known as Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records).

She is a second-year student at the Alzano Imperial Magic Academy, the adopted/foster sister of Sistine Fibel, and a kind, gentle, and caring girl who treats everyone equally. Rumia has a cheerful, wise, and simple-minded personality—she's very supportive of her friends (especially Sistine) and shows bravery when standing up for herself or others, despite often appearing soft or gentle.

Physically, she is depicted as a teenage girl with shoulder-length blonde hair (often described as sun-blonde or bright blonde), striking aquamarine/cyan/blue eyes, and she typically wears a large green bow on her head along with her academy uniform.

Her backstory involves a hidden royal identity as the former second princess of the Alzano Empire (thought to have died years earlier), and she has a special connection to the protagonist Glenn Radars, whom she greatly admires and feels attached to after he saved her life in the past. She also possesses rare magical abilities (including something known as the "Eyes of the Rune" in some descriptions).
