Yudias Velgear

Yudias Velgear is the main protagonist of the anime Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!!. He is an alien warrior from Planet Velgear (in the Velgearian Star Cluster) who fled his war-torn homeworld and traveled to Earth. His goal is to learn about Rush Duels, believing they hold the key to bringing peace to his planet and guiding his 8.88 million fellow Velgearians toward a better future.

Yudias is serious, honorable, and somewhat naive about Earth customs (often coming across as clueless in everyday situations). He is a pacifist at heart, strongly opposing the use of dueling as a weapon, and he trains diligently under his human friends Yuhi and Yuamu Ohdo while working at their UTS company. He uses a deck focused on Galaxy-type monsters, with signature cards like Galactica Oblivion.
