Mansaku Sano

Mansaku Sano is a minor character in the Tokyo Revengers anime, appearing primarily in flashbacks (notably in the Tenjiku-hen arc).

He is the paternal grandfather of Shinichiro Sano, Manjiro "Mikey" Sano, and Emma Sano. After the children's parents passed away (or were absent), he raised Shinichiro, Mikey, and Emma single-handedly. Mansaku is the master/owner of a karate dojo and a dedicated martial arts teacher, which influenced the family's background—though he's never depicted fighting on-screen, his expertise implies he's a formidable fighter in his prime.

In the anime adaptation, he's portrayed as an elderly man with short gray hair (to ears length) and black eyes, typically seen in casual or traditional attire fitting his role as a dojo master. He represents a stable, family-oriented figure in Mikey's early life before the gang activities took over.
