Hakkai Shiba

Hakkai Shiba is a supporting character in the Tokyo Revengers anime, serving as the Vice-Captain of the Second Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman). He's the younger brother of Taiju Shiba (leader of the Black Dragons' 10th generation) and Yuzuha Shiba.

In terms of appearance (as depicted in the anime), Hakkai is a tall teenager (around 183 cm) with royal blue hair in a crew cut style, featuring a distinctive swirl/shaved design on the left side of his head. He has indigo eyes and a noticeable vertical scar on the left side of his lip.

Personality-wise, Hakkai contrasts sharply with his abusive older brother—he's timid, friendly, compassionate, and free-spirited. He shows deep loyalty and respect toward his captain Takashi Mitsuya (whom he idolizes and calls "Taka-chan"), as well as care for his friends and especially his sister Yuzuha. Despite his tough, strong exterior and fighting ability, he's quite shy and awkward (especially around girls other than his sister), often coming across as gentle and soft-hearted underneath. He's a key figure in arcs involving family conflicts and gang tensions, particularly around the Black Dragons storyline.
