Jericho

Jericho is a supporting character in the anime The Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai). She's initially introduced as an apprentice Holy Knight stationed at Baste Dungeon, where Ban (one of the Seven Deadly Sins) is imprisoned. Driven by a strong desire to prove herself—especially against her older brother Gustaf's doubts about women becoming capable knights—she starts off proud, serious, and somewhat arrogant, often overconfident in her abilities.

In the anime, she has a slim build with lavender/silver hair swept over one side and tied in a ponytail. She wears typical Holy Knight armor with a black coat featuring crosses.

Her personality is tomboyish and determined; she initially views the Sins as enemies and seeks to defeat them for recognition. After a humiliating encounter with Ban (who strips her armor to escape), she drinks Red Demon blood to gain more power as part of the "New Generation" Holy Knights, temporarily becoming more ruthless and demonic-influenced. Over time, she redeems herself, develops deep admiration (and unrequited feelings) for Ban, and becomes more loyal, caring, and impulsive—often flustered or rash.

She later allies closely with Ban, travels with him at points, and grows into a more mature and supportive figure, though her arc includes significant emotional development around loyalty and romance.
