Hannibal Quasar

Hannibal Quasar is a supporting character in the anime The Sacred Blacksmith (Seiken no Blacksmith).

He serves as the leader and captain of the Knight Guards of Housman (the Third City), making him Cecily Campbell's superior and commander. As a veteran of the Valbanill War, he is an experienced, authoritative old soldier who acts as a stern but caring mentor figure to the knights under his command, often portrayed as a fatherly leader who looks after his subordinates.

In the anime's 12-episode run, he appears in a supervisory role, such as interrogating suspects related to demon threats and overseeing matters involving Cecily and the sacred sword forging plot.
