Maeda

Maeda is a minor supporting character in The Quintessential Quintuplets (Go-Toubun no Hanayome). He's a classmate of Futaro Uesugi and the Nakano quintuplets during their third year at Asahiyama High School.

He's portrayed as a bit of a bad boy type, with brown spiky hair and sharp, ferocious-looking eyes. He develops a crush on Ichika Nakano early on and tries (unsuccessfully) to ask her to dance at a school event—only to be turned down by Miku (disguised as Ichika). Later, during a school trip, he ends up getting invited to dance by another classmate (Matsui), and the story implies he eventually marries her, as they're shown together (with her pregnant) at Futaro's wedding five years later.

Maeda also becomes one of Futaro's first real guy friends in class, teaming up with him and Takeda for things like the Kyoto school trip, and he helps out by secretly taking group photos of the quintuplets. Overall, he's a fairly laid-back, minor side character who adds some light school-life moments.
