Lee Joohee (also romanized as Lee Ju-Hee or Joo-Hee Lee) is a supporting character in the Solo Leveling anime. She is a kind-hearted and compassionate B-Rank healer who specializes in healing magic.
In the anime's early episodes, she is portrayed as a longtime friend and raid companion of the protagonist Sung Jinwoo during his time as the weakest E-Rank hunter. She frequently heals his injuries from low-level dungeons and shows genuine concern for his safety, often scolding him lightly for getting hurt so often.
Joohee is depicted as friendly, caring, and somewhat timid—she deliberately sticks to easier raids despite her higher rank because she fears the dangers of hunting. A traumatic experience in the infamous Double Dungeon incident (along with Jinwoo and a few others) leaves her deeply shaken, highlighting her vulnerability to the psychological toll of the hunter life.
She eventually retires from being a hunter due to lingering trauma and the inability to overcome her fears, moving on to a quieter life. In the anime adaptation, her emotional reactions and interactions (especially with Jinwoo) receive a bit more emphasis and depth compared to some source material portrayals, making her feel like a meaningful early ally who contrasts with Jinwoo's growth and determination.
(She is voiced by Rina Honnizumi in Japanese and Dani Chambers in English.)
