Nagomi Kinoshita

Nagomi Kinoshita is Kazuya Kinoshita's paternal grandmother in Rent-a-Girlfriend (Kanojo, Okarishimasu). She is the matriarch of the Kinoshita family and co-founder/owner of the family-run liquor store called Nagomi Sake.

She appears as a thin, classy elderly woman who often wears traditional Japanese clothing with her hair in a bun. At first glance, she seems stern, calm, and stoic—especially about her health issues—but she quickly becomes extremely cheerful, emotional, and energetic when excited, particularly about Kazuya having a girlfriend.

Nagomi is deeply invested in Kazuya's love life (as her only grandchild), often blunt or irascible toward him, but she spoils and cares for him. She adores Chizuru Mizuhara (believing her to be Kazuya's real girlfriend), treating her like family almost immediately and giving her affectionate nicknames like "Princess Chizuru." She is also close friends with Chizuru's grandmother, Sayuri Ichinose, from their time in the hospital together.
