Sirius Romanée-Conti

Sirius Romanée-Conti is a major antagonist in Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, serving as the Sin Archbishop of Wrath for the Witch Cult.

She is a bandaged, mummy-like woman who covers her body almost entirely in white bandages (leaving only her mouth, one eye, and some strands of long silver hair visible), with pointed ears, an amethyst-purple eye, and a slender yet surprisingly strong physique. She wears a long cloak and wields long chains as weapons.

Her personality is eerie, overly cheerful/apologetic in speech most of the time, but she becomes intensely wrathful and unhinged when provoked—especially regarding anything related to "Sloth" (Petelgeuse Romanée-Conti), with whom she is obsessively in love (to the point of adopting his surname and calling herself his wife).

Her Authority of Wrath allows her to link and manipulate emotions/sensations across groups of people, sharing pain, amplifying feelings (like rage or joy) to create mass hysteria, or even transferring injuries—making her extremely dangerous in crowds or populated areas.

She appears as one of the primary threats in Arc 5 (adapted in Season 3 of the anime), during the assault on the city of Priestella.
