Felt

Felt is one of the main supporting characters in Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World.

She is a short, blonde-haired street thief living in the slums of the capital. She's foul-mouthed, brash, quick-tempered, and has a strong sense of pride despite her rough upbringing and poverty-stricken life. Felt is highly agile and skilled at pickpocketing and running away from pursuers.

She becomes a candidate for the 42nd throne of Lugunica after it's revealed she possesses the divine protection of Wind Indication (a very powerful blessing that lets her sense and manipulate wind in subtle but effective ways) and — far more importantly — she is revealed to be a royal candidate with legitimate claim to the throne due to her bloodline.

Her personality contrasts sharply with most other candidates: she's openly disdainful of nobility, dislikes formalities, and initially has no real interest in becoming queen — she mainly enters the royal selection for the massive reward money promised to the winner.

Her knight is Reinhard van Astrea, the strongest person in the kingdom (though their relationship starts very rocky).
