Tulip (Japanese: リップ / Lip) is the Psychic-type Gym Leader of Alfornada Gym from the Paldea region, adapted into the Pokémon anime in Pokémon Horizons: The Series.

In the anime version, she appears as a stylish, glamorous, and beauty-focused character, often referred to as the "Bewitching Beautician." She works as a renowned model and makeup artist (running her own makeup-related ventures), and she incorporates her expertise in beauty and appearance into her role as a Gym Leader—her Pokémon even assist her in applying seemingly magical makeup.

She has a poised, confident demeanor that ties into her emphasis on looking beautiful and enchanting. She made her proper on-screen debut in the episode "Showdown! The Paldea Elite Four" (around episode 55), where she participated in an Elite Four Tag Battle alongside Sidian (Onyx in some contexts), showcasing her as part of Paldea's stronger trainers.

Her design and personality lean heavily into elegance and aesthetics, with her Psychic specialization portrayed through a more "bewitching" and appearance-oriented lens rather than raw psychic powers.
