Tabitha

Tabitha (Japanese: Homura) is one of the key antagonists in the Pokémon anime during the Hoenn saga (Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire / Advanced Generation).

He serves as an admin (commander) of Team Magma and acts as Maxie's loyal right-hand man. In the anime, he's portrayed as a tall, tough, and intimidating man with black hair and dark eyes, wearing a red hooded Team Magma uniform featuring the organization's logo, black horn-like decorations on the hood, and a short red cloak.

Personality-wise, Tabitha is ruthless and relies on brute force to carry out orders. He shows strong devotion and respect toward his leader Maxie, obeying commands without hesitation and prioritizing the protection of Team Magma's goals (like expanding the land by awakening Groudon). He often clashes with the protagonists (Ash and friends) and the rival Team Aqua during various schemes in the Hoenn region.

Unlike some other villainous team members, he's generally serious and no-nonsense in his approach.
