Mr. Stone

Mr. Stone (also known as President Tsuwabuki in Japanese) is a character in the Pokémon anime, specifically appearing in the Advanced Generation series (Ruby and Sapphire arc).

He is the president of the Devon Corporation (a major tech and development company in Hoenn) and the father of Steven Stone. In the anime, he is portrayed as an enthusiastic, friendly, and inventive man who loves gadgets and new technology. Despite his high position, he is very approachable—especially toward children—and enjoys showing off his latest inventions and ideas.

He has a medium build (appearing somewhat chunky due to his heavy clothing), thick spiky gray hair, small dark eyes, and typically wears a large thick overcoat with buttons over a white shirt and tie (sometimes with a white hat). He appears in episodes involving the Devon Corporation in Rustboro City, where he interacts with characters like Max (May's brother) and helps with various tech-related plot points, such as fixing devices or discussing innovative projects. He's depicted as a benevolent and generous executive focused on progress and helping others.
