Larry

Larry is a character from the Paldea region who appears in Pokémon Horizons: The Series (the current main anime series). He serves as both the Gym Leader of Medali's Gym (specializing in Normal-type Pokémon) and a member of the Paldea Elite Four (where he uses Flying-type Pokémon).

In the anime, Larry is portrayed as a tall, thin, middle-aged man who always dresses like an overworked salaryman in a black suit, gray dress shirt, and a distinctive blue tie with a cloud print. He has thick eyebrows, black hair with gray highlights, square-shaped black eyes, and a generally tired, stoic, monotone demeanor—he's calm, professional, brooding, and rarely shows much emotion, often coming across as drained from his multiple jobs and responsibilities.

His personality emphasizes being an "exceptional everyman": humble, unflashy, preferring simple things, and frequently exhausted from overtime work for the Pokémon League.
