Hassel

Hassel (known as Hassaku in Japanese) is a character in the anime series Pokémon Horizons: The Series. He serves as an art teacher at Naranja Academy and is a member of the Paldea region's Elite Four, specializing in Dragon-type Pokémon.

In appearance, he's depicted as a middle-aged man with long blonde hair often tied in a half-up, half-down ponytail, and he wears a distinctive green jacket (reflecting his Dragon-type affinity, as green evokes dragon imagery) over a white shirt, red tie, black-and-red sweater vest, gray pants, and black-and-red shoes. When appearing as an Elite Four member, he adds black gloves.

Personality-wise, Hassel is generally gentle, dedicated, and serious about his roles as both a teacher and Elite Four member.
