About Chitose Amano

Chitose Amano (天野 千歳) is a supporting character in My Dress-Up Darling (Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru), particularly prominent in Season 2 of the anime and later manga arcs.

He is a university student and a talented male cosplayer who goes by the alias Amane Himeno (姫野 あまね). Chitose specializes in crossplay (cosplaying as female characters) and is so skilled at it—with the help of makeup, demeanor, and presentation—that he is often mistaken for a girl when in costume.

In his everyday appearance, he has short black hair, a smaller stature, and delicate features, which lead Marin Kitagawa to describe him as a "pretty boy." Despite past insecurities about his looks and perceived lack of manliness, he found confidence and joy in cosplay, thanks in part to support from his sister.

He's portrayed as kind, gentle, and polite overall.
