Neon Nikaido

Neon Nikaido (二階堂ネオン, Nikaidō Neon) is a minor character in My Dress-Up Darling (Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru). She is a fictional character within the in-universe magical girl anime called Flower Princess Blaze (the show that Marin Kitagawa is a big fan of).

In Flower Princess Blaze, Neon serves as the main antagonist (also known by her villain alias Black Lily or Black Lobelia). She is the older sister of Shion Nikaido (one of the heroines). Neon has long black hair in her normal/civilian form (often shown in a white blouse and black skirt), but transforms into a more striking appearance with white hair, wearing a gothic dress layered under a military-style uniform.

She appears briefly in the anime (notably in episode 7 during a scene focused on the Flower Princess Blaze series), where her dramatic presence and role as a cool, antagonistic "dark magical girl" type character are highlighted.
