Philip Boreas Greyrat

Philip Boreas Greyrat is a supporting character in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. He is the father of Eris Boreas Greyrat, the husband of Hilda Boreas Greyrat, and the son of the boisterous Sauros Boreas Greyrat. As a member of the Boreas branch of the Greyrat noble family, he serves as the mayor (or governor) of the Citadel of Roa in the Fittoa Region of the Asura Kingdom.

In contrast to his hot-headed father and daughter, Philip is portrayed as polite, courteous, soft-spoken, and politically shrewd — a classic scheming noble who often appears with narrowed eyes and a subtle smile. He shares the Boreas family's characteristic fondness for the Beast Race. He plays a key role early on by hiring Rudeus Greyrat (at Paul's request) as Eris's private tutor, showing interest in Rudeus's abilities and ideas.
