Rokari Migurdia

Rokari Migurdia is a minor character in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. She is the mother of Roxy Migurdia (one of the series' key figures and Rudeus's teacher) and the wife of Rowin Migurdia. As a member of the Migurd tribe (a demon race from the Demon Continent known for their long lifespans, small/childlike statures, blue hair, and natural telepathy), Rokari shares the typical traits of her people, including blue hair and eyes. Her hair is styled in a braid, and Roxy inherited several physical features from her.

She appears briefly in the story (particularly in scenes involving Roxy's family and her return to her village), portraying a caring, supportive parent who adapted to communicate verbally for Roxy's sake (since Roxy was born without telepathy, unlike most Migurd). Rokari is depicted as a gentle, family-oriented figure.
