Sylphiette

Sylphiette (often called Sylphy), is a key character in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. She is Rudeus Greyrat's childhood friend from the village of Buena, born as a quarter-elf (with mixed human, elf, and beast race heritage).

As a child, she had short green hair, pointed elfish ears, and a tomboyish, slender appearance that initially made Rudeus mistake her for a boy. She was shy, frequently bullied for her mixed heritage and hair color, until Rudeus helped and taught her magic, helping her gain confidence.

Following a major event in the story (the Teleportation Incident / Mana Calamity), her hair turned white due to extreme mana exhaustion, and her appearance became more androgynous for a time. She later takes on the alias Fitz (or Fitts) and serves as a skilled mage and bodyguard in a higher position.

She's generally portrayed as kind, loyal, gentle, supportive, and reliable—especially toward Rudeus—with a cute and somewhat bashful personality when around people she trusts. She grows into a capable, powerful magician over the course of the series.
