Gallus Cleaner

Gallus Cleaner is a supporting antagonist in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, appearing primarily in the arc involving the Doldia Village (around season 1, part 2 of the anime).

He is a skilled smuggler operating out of Windport, known for his cruel and ruthless nature—he has no hesitation about harming or exploiting children, and he readily betrays or sacrifices his own allies for personal gain. Despite his initial helpful appearance (offering aid to Rudeus and Ruijerd as thanks for a small favor), he is revealed as the mastermind behind large-scale kidnappings and trafficking of Beastfolk (particularly Doldia tribe members) for the slave trade.

Gallus is a fierce-looking man with a prominent scar over his right eye. He is a highly capable fighter, holding the rank of North Saint in the North God Style swordsmanship, which allows him to hold his own against strong opponents like multiple Doldia warriors and even briefly pressure Rudeus in combat.

He is ultimately defeated through combined efforts (including interference that turns the tide) and handed over to authorities.
