Nyanta

Nyanta is a key character in Log Horizon, a Werecat (felinoid/cat-person) adventurer who plays as a Swashbuckler (a dual-wielding, agile fighter class) with the subclass Chef.

He's a veteran player with more experience in the game Elder Tale than even Shiroe, and a former member (and nicknamed "Chief") of the legendary Debauchery Tea Party guild. After the Apocalypse, he joins the Log Horizon guild, where he serves as the head chef—able to create genuinely delicious food in the otherwise bland game world.

Personality-wise, Nyanta is calm, reliable, gentlemanly, and unflappable (the definition of a "cool cat"). He fully embraces his cat-like roleplay persona, often adding "nya" to his speech in a charming, mature way. He's kind, protective (notably rescuing and safeguarding Serara early on), and carries himself like a refined, middle-aged gentleman despite his playful cat quirks.

He's skilled in combat, especially one-on-one fights with his rapiers, and acts as a steady, supportive senior figure in the group.
