KR

KR (also known as Transforming Jester KR) is a supporting character in Log Horizon, particularly prominent in the light novels and season 2 of the anime.

He's an Elf Summoner (level 90) with the quirky subclass Chindon'ya (a playful/performative type), and a former member of the legendary Debauchery Tea Party guild alongside Shiroe, Kanami, and others. After the Catastrophe, he used his summoning abilities to travel the world, eventually got caught up in Kanami's chaotic journey across servers, temporarily served as a mount (to his annoyance), and later died in a major battle before reviving in Minami (the Japanese server equivalent of the Chinese region).

He ends up joining Plant Hwyaden, the dominant guild in Minami, where he holds the tenth seat among their leadership. KR has an easygoing, light-hearted personality—he loves teasing people (especially Indicus)—and brings a mischievous, clownish vibe to scenes he's in. He's not one of the central protagonists but adds flavor to the overseas/world-spanning plot threads.
