Nureha

Nureha is a major character in Log Horizon, serving as the guild master of Plant Hwyaden and one of the rulers of the city of Minami (the Japanese server equivalent) after the Catastrophe trapped players in the game world.

She is a level 90 Fox Tail Enchanter (a support/magic class) with the Courtesan subclass, which she uses alongside her striking, curvaceous appearance to manipulate and influence others—particularly men—to do her bidding. She has wavy black hair, pale skin, and often wears an elegant indigo-black dress resembling crow feathers.

Nureha is a contemporary of Shiroe (they knew each other in the game before the Apocalypse) and harbors a deep, obsessive infatuation with him. She is portrayed as a cunning, manipulative figure who seized control of Minami by purchasing key structures like the cathedral, using them to maintain power over both adventurers and local Landers (NPCs). Her backstory reveals a troubled real-world life, which shapes her actions and worldview in the game.
