Jotaro Kujo

Jotaro Kujo is the main protagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders (Part 3 of the anime), and he also appears as a significant character in later parts.

In the anime, he's portrayed as a tall (around 6'5"), extremely muscular, and strikingly handsome 17-year-old high school delinquent with a tough, stoic demeanor. He has dark hair that blends into his signature visored cap (with a distinctive chain and gold details), sharp features, bold eyebrows, and intense eyes. His outfit in Part 3 is a modified Japanese school uniform: a long, torn-at-the-back coat with a high collar, chains, and a loose, rebellious look, paired with a tank top underneath.

Personality-wise, Jotaro is cool-headed, aloof, and often grumpy—he's famous for his catchphrase "Yare yare daze" ("Good grief...") said in a deadpan tone when annoyed or exasperated. He speaks little, keeps emotions hidden, and comes across as rough or intimidating (even toward his own family at times), but he has a strong sense of justice and a noble heart. He deeply cares about protecting those close to him, especially when his mother's life is threatened by DIO's return, which drives the main journey of Stardust Crusaders.

He's the first Joestar shown using a Stand—his incredibly powerful close-range Stand, Star Platinum, which mirrors his fighting prowess with rapid punches, immense strength, precision, and (later revealed) time-stopping ability. Jotaro's calm confidence in battle, combined with his no-nonsense attitude, makes him one of the most iconic and badass characters in the series.
