Ishtar

Ishtar is a goddess in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? (DanMachi). She is the head of the Ishtar Familia and a major antagonist, particularly in the events covered in light novel Volume 7 and Season 2 of the anime.

She is depicted as an extremely beautiful and voluptuous goddess with brown/dark skin, long dark purple hair, and striking eyes. She typically wears very revealing clothing inspired by Amazoness styles.

As a self-proclaimed Goddess of Love (and beauty), she is intensely vain, prideful, and arrogant—firmly believing she is the most beautiful woman in the world. This leads to a fierce rivalry with Freya, whom she sees as her superior in beauty. Ishtar is cold-hearted, manipulative, and ruthless, viewing others (including her own familia members) as tools or pawns. She controls Orario's red-light district and has a very lustful, domineering personality, using her divine charm ability to seduce and control people.

Her actions and schemes ultimately lead to her downfall, resulting in her being sent back to Heaven.
