Ryuu Lion

Ryuu Lion (リュー・リオン) is a prominent character in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? (DanMachi).

She is a beautiful elf with sky-blue eyes and (currently) green hair — originally golden-blonde before it was dyed and cut short during her retirement period. She's often described as fairy-like in appearance due to her graceful, ethereal beauty and snow-white skin.

Ryuu works as a waitress at the Hostess of Fertility tavern in Orario. She is a former high-level adventurer from the now-destroyed Astraea Familia, where she was known as "Gale Wind" and earned a reputation as a first-class (Level 4–6 range) fighter with exceptional combat skills, speed, and magic ability.

After her familia's tragic downfall, she retired from adventuring for several years and lived a quieter life until later events drew her back into action. She maintains a calm, stoic, and somewhat aloof demeanor (typical of many elves), but she deeply cares for her friends and holds strong principles of justice.
