Mastoma

Mastoma is the second prince of the kingdom of Salmutaria in the anime adaptation of I Left My A-Rank Party to Help My Former Students Reach the Dungeon Depths! (voiced by Shunsuke Takeuchi in Japanese and Anthony Bowling in English).

He is initially introduced in connection with an arranged political marriage to Rain (one of the main female leads), orchestrated by her grandfather, Count Dimit Crowder. Mastoma becomes furious upon discovering that Rain is already married to the protagonist Yuke, under his country's norms, this makes her effectively "his property" and he views the arrangement as a deception. He responds by ordering Crowder's arrest.

Later, Mastoma enlists Yuke and the Clover party for assistance in conquering a dungeon within his homeland, as part of his ambitions to secure his path to becoming king.

(He's depicted as a royal figure with ambitions and a sense of honor/justice once the truth comes out, rather than a purely antagonistic suitor.)
